Jack Petchey- April Winner!
18th June 2019Our April winner is a pupil who has been recognised for her support with younger peers. Angel is a role model to students in Year 7 and has been nominated as she is always willing to help, support and guide students. Angel is kind and caring and has shown her younger friends how to react to problems in a mature way.
Angel is a young carer at home helping to look after and support her brother who has autism. This means a lot of her free time at home is taken up in ensuring he is safe and happy. Angel is currently a member of our Jack Petchey Committee helping to decide who our deserving winners are. This month in her absence the committee felt Angle needed to be recognised for her work with not only advocating Jack Petchey in school but also her role within the school council.
Angel is a caring and attentive member of our school community and has chosen to donate her £250 to the Art Department.
