We are required to contact new parents and students of the school to let you know the way in which data provided to the school is then shared with the Local Education Authorities, the Department for Children, Schools and Families, the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority and the Learning and Skills Council and also the way in which data is provided to Connexions services providers.

I am sure that the vast majority of pupils and their parents will have no concerns about the data which is held but both parents and students have the right under the Data Protection Act to access any personal data held on them.
