We are very proud of the A Level results achieved by students at Westcliff High School for Girls. We are delighted for so many of our students who have gained entry to a great range of competitive Higher Education courses. A large number of our students will be undergraduates at prestigious universities across the country, including Cambridge, Durham, Kings College London, Warwick, Nottingham, Liverpool and York.  Some of our students have chosen to start employment or degree level apprenticeships.  Whatever their next steps, we hope our students find the experience a rewarding and fulfilling one, and I know that they will want to join me in thanking the dedication of staff here at Westcliff High School for Girls, who work tirelessly to support our students to achieve academically, and to be the very best versions of themselves.

Despite the reduction in ‘top’ grades this year, a as a School we are celebrating a great number of successes within many subject areas, including 53% of students studying Further Maths achieving A*/A and 67% achieving A*/A in both Geography and Drama.  52% students studying Religious Studies secured A*/A and 49% of students studying Psychology were awarded the top grades.
